In appellant Jonathan Edward Buhl's trial for four counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of attempted criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, one count of assault in the second degree, four counts of kidnapping, and one count of motor vehicle theft, the trial court admitted evidence of a prior burglary conviction. The prosecutor submitted a certified copy of the prior conviction to the trial court, told the jury of the conviction...
