Appellant Kim Thul Ouk seeks to reverse his convictions for two counts of first degree murder in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 609.185(3) and 609.05, and two counts of attempted first degree murder in violation of Minn. Stat. §§ 609.185(3), 609.17 and 609.05.
