Laura Kelber appeals from an adverse judgment in her civil rights suit following a jury trial. Kelber is a female electrician, a college graduate and mother of three young children. She sued the defendant, Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry (Joint Board), which operates a hiring hall for electricians seeking work assignments, on the grounds that in June 1989 the defendant discriminated against her on account of her pregnant condition...
