The above conservatorship proceeding and personal injury action were transferred to the undersigned on June 2, 1994 by Justice Daniel F. Luciano of the Suffolk County Supreme Court. The two actions are related since the injuries which are the subject of the latter necessitated the former. A tentative settlement in the amount of $3,475,000 has been reached in the personal injury action...
