This matter came before the Supreme Court on the petition for certiorari of the defendant Panciera Lease Co., Inc. (Panciera). Panciera seeks our review of a Superior Court justice's denial of its motion for summary judgment with regard to the cross-claim that its codefendants, Anthony J. Mastantuono (Mastantuono) and Charlestown Sand & Gravel Co., Inc. (Charlestown), filed against it. We now quash the denial and direct the entry...
