Herbert Louis Savoy, Jr., the appellant, was sentenced by the Circuit Court for Charles County, pursuant to a plea agreement, to five years imprisonment, all but 9 months of which were suspended in favor of 5 years probation. He was subsequently found to have violated probation, which was then revoked and the previously suspended portion of the sentence reimposed.
