Sinclair Oil Corporation (Sinclair) appeals from a judgment of the district court1 upholding a decision of the bankruptcy court2 dismissing its complaint for a declaration of nondischargeability of a debt in the bankruptcy proceeding of Larry H. Jones. We affirm.
