The defendants1 Archie & Frankie's, Inc., and Vincent Howe (The Pub Cafe)2 appeal from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury verdict, in favor of the plaintiff, Marvin Coble, on one count of wilful, wanton and reckless misconduct, and on one count of violation of General Statutes § 30-102 (Dram Shop Act).
