Crescent City Marine, Inc. and Central Boat Rentals, Inc. appeal the district court's finding that they were not entitled to a maritime lien. Finding no error, we AFFIRM.

I. FACTS

The M/V NUNKI ("NUNKI") was owned by Impressa Transporti Maritimi SRL, and under the time charter of Scanports Shipping, Ltd. ("Scanports"). Scanports entered into a voyage charter with Energy Transport, LTD., a subsidiary of Cabot Corporation...
