Randall S. Goulding and Michael M. Ushijima, both Illinois lawyers, were charged in an 18-count indictment with conspiracy to defraud the United States, mail fraud and illegal transportation of currency and monetary instruments in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 1341 and 31 U.S.C. §§ 5316(a) and 5322(a). A jury found them guilty on all counts...
