Levon Anne Bobbitt (Bobbitt) filed a claim with the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission against her employer, Allied-Signal, Inc. (Allied), and its insurer, Travelers Indemnity Insurance Company of Illinois (Travelers). After the Commission denied her claim, Bobbitt appealed to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and requested a jury trial.
