NESBITT, Judge.

Jose Serna appeals a final summary judgment in an action filed by Milanese, Inc. (Milanese) to collect on dishonored checks. We affirm.

Milanese sold clothing to Jemaros Investments, Inc., d/b/a Natalia Boutique (Jemaros). Jose Serna, president of Jemaros, paid for the goods by check.
