This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Snyder County which denied appellant's request for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9541 et seq. Appellant was convicted of rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse involving an eleven year old boy who was seeking counseling from appellant in 1982 and 1983.
