CIRILLO, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County. We affirm.

On February 4, 1989, appellants E. Glenn and Donnice Scotts' home was destroyed by fire. At the time of the fire, the Scotts' property was insured by Southwestern Mutual Fire Association (Southwestern). The Southwestern policy carried a three year term, payable annually, commencing on January 13, 1988 and terminating on January 13, 1991....
