In this court there is no dispute as to the facts. Plaintiff was an employee of Highlines which had contracted with LP & L to move existing high-voltage power lines and to install additional ones. While engaged in this work plaintiff was injured when one of the lines fell on him. Plaintiff was a pole setter whose job required special training, experience, and the use of special tools.
