STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendants-Appellants M.R. Hudson, Mary Hudson Vandegrift, and A.B. Hudson (collectively below, Hudson) appeal an award of damages and costs in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Marvin Randall McClaskey (McClaskey).

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
