ANDERSON, P.J.

Lois J. Kaufman appeals from ajudgment of conviction for two counts of welfare fraud contrary to § 49.12(1) and (9), STATS., and an order denying her motion for postconviction relief. We affirm the trial court's judgment of conviction as to the felony count of welfare fraud and reverse the judgment of conviction regarding the misdemeanor count.
