Richard Allerton challenges a non-final order denying a motion to dismiss the complaint against him based on a lack of personal jurisdiction. We have jurisdiction, Fla. R.App.P. 9.130(a)(3)(C)(i), and affirm. In doing so, we conclude that the facts as alleged in the complaint preclude Allerton's reliance upon the "corporate shield doctrine" and indicate that he has submitted himself to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state under Florida's long...
