Lage Development Company and United Fire & Casualty Company (Lage) appeal the circuit court's ruling which affirmed a decision of the South Dakota Department of Labor (Department) in favor of George Chiolis (Chiolis) on Chiolis' claim for vocational rehabilitation benefits. We reverse and remand.
