MEMORANDUM OPINION

DIANE WEISS SIGMUND, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Complaint filed by Frankford Bank a/k/a Frankford Trust Company (the "Bank") under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) objecting to the discharge of a debt arising out of the Debtor Barbara Chryst's guaranty of certain loans made by the Bank to her various businesses.1 Trial was held on April 7, 1994, April 8, 1994 and May 12, 1994.
