Appellants Michael and Kelli Johnson ("plaintiffs") filed an action alleging negligence and breach of warranty against defendant National Sea Products, Ltd., in connection with injuries that Michael Johnson ("Johnson") suffered when a pallet of frozen fish fell upon him.
