Defendant, Stefan Wrobel, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court, sitting without a jury, finding him guilty of the criminal sexual assault (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 12-13(a)(3)) of M.J., the four-year-old granddaughter of defendant, for which he was sentenced to thirty-six months probation and ordered to make restitution of $2,560.
