PER CURIAM:

This is a worker's compensation case. The South Carolina Department of Mental Health and the State Workers' Compensation Fund appeal from a circuit court order denying them a credit for an alleged overpayment of benefits to William A. Swinton, an employee of the department of mental health. We affirm.
