Appellant-defendant David G. Godar appeals his convictions for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with at least .10% by Weight of Alcohol in his Blood1, a Class A misdemeanor, and Possession of Marijuana2, a Class A misdemeanor. Godar raises several issues, but we address his two dispositive claims only.
