The state appeals an order granting defendant's motion to dismiss an information on the ground that the statute of limitations had expired before the capias was served. We affirm.

The state filed an information charging defendant with several third degree felonies on December 3, 1984, alleging they had been committed between April and June 1982. A capias was issued on December 3, 1984, but was not served...
