GOOLSBY, Judge:

In this workers' compensation action, George Ronald Small sought benefits for onthe-job injuries he sustained while employed by Oneita Industries. The single commissioner denied Small's claim because, in his application for employment, Small misrepresented his physical condition, and, thus, no employer-employee relationship existed between Small and Oneita Industries.
