In this appeal, Casa Marie Hogar Geriatrico, Inc. (Casa Marie), a residential elder-care facility, and its principals, Victor Pla, Damaris Rodriguez, Maria Pla, and Francisco Monrouzeau (collectively, appellants), calumnize an order assessing attorneys' fees against them under the Fees Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1988 (1988).
