The facts of this appeal arise out of Paula Lowery Pugh's ("plaintiff") civil suit for abuse of process, malicious prosecution, conversion and assault and battery against her estranged husband, Larry Scott Pugh, and several of his business associates and family members ("defendants"). Several of the defendants swore out criminal warrants against plaintiff for such things as trespass and communicating threats...
