In this case of first impression we decide whether a urine test revealing the presence of a controlled substance in the defendant's urine is sufficient to sustain a conviction under Indiana Code § 9-30-5-1(b) for Operating a Vehicle while having a Schedule I or II controlled substance in the blood, a Class C misdemeanor.
