The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners appeals from the superior court's reversal of the Board's order revoking Herbert Schillerstrom's chiropractic license. Schillerstrom cross-appeals from a ruling that the revocation did not violate the double jeopardy clause of the Fifth Amendment. We hold that the claim of double jeopardy has no merit.
