Albert L. Vanderbloemen and his family appeal from an order dismissing their complaint which sought to keep their property exempt from inclusion in the Little Cedar Lake Sanitary District. The issue to be decided on appeal is the constitutionality of § 60.726, STATS., which retroactively repealed the Vanderbloemens' former statutory exemption from the sanitary district.
