BayBank asserts it lacks adequate protection of its security interest in rents from four commercial properties included under its mortgages and rent assignments. It moves for an order requiring G. Burton Mullen (the "Debtor") to turn over to it all "net rents" (after expenses). Alternatively, BayBank requests an order requiring the Debtor to "segregate" the monthly net rents, presumably through creation...
