ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

PER CURIAM.

We adhere to our original opinion affirming the trial court with the exception that we reverse that portion of the trial court's order which denied Appellants prejudgment interest. In connection with that sole issue, the cause is remanded with directions to the trial court to grant Appellants prejudgment interest beginning on August 13, 1987.

Affirmed in part and reversed...
