This is an appeal from a final judgment entered by the Superior Court. The plaintiffs-appellees, Boyd Mullins and Linda Mullins (the "Mullins"), filed a civil action alleging medical malpractice against the defendant-appellant, the Medical Center of Delaware, Inc.
