This is an appeal from the granting of an exception of no cause of action. We find that a cause of action has been stated, reverse, and remand for further proceedings.

Venture Associates, Inc. of Louisiana (Venture) filed a petition for a declaratory judgment naming as defendants Transportation Underwriters of Louisiana, Inc. (Transportation) and certain underwriters at Lloyd's (Lloyd's). It alleged in its petition that it was a service company...
