In this case, we are asked to decide whether an agreement of separation and property settlement, not under seal, when incorporated into a divorce decree, is subject to the 12-year period of limitations applied to specialties as provided in Md. Code Ann., Cts. & Jud.Proc. § 5-102(a) (1989 & Supp. 1993).1
