The parties in this case were married on October 28, 1983. On August 26, 1984, the only child of the marriage was born. On March 28, 1988, a decree of dissolution of the marriage was signed after a hearing of the case on February 1, 1988. The hearing resulted in an agreement as to all issues between the parties.
