Paulette Hammick pleaded guilty to an eight-count superseding indictment charging her with conspiring to use, using, and attempting to use counterfeit credit cards and identification documents to obtain cash from federally insured financial institutions and goods and services from merchants, all in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1029(a)(1), (b)(1), and 2. She was sentenced on January 5, 1994, to a total of thirty-three months of imprisonment...
