Plaintiff appeals as of right from a circuit court order that granted summary disposition to defendant and dismissed plaintiff's complaint alleging a violation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We affirm.
