We granted this application for discretionary appeal to consider the proper remedy for property owners when a zoning board imposes conditions as part of a court-ordered rezoning.1 We hold that a property owner who is dissatisfied with a court-ordered rezoning may challenge the new zoning classification as unconstitutional or seek to invoke the superior court's civil contempt...
