NORTON, Judge.

Appellant contends the trial court committed reversible error when it failed to conduct a Frye hearing to determine the admissibility of DNA evidence and when it admitted non-statistical opinion testimony at trial regarding matching forensic samples. Appellant failed to request a Frye hearing before trial and thereby waived his challenge to the general admissibility of DNA evidence later at trial. The expert testimony...
