Plaintiff-appellant Jorge Rivera-Surillo & Co., Inc. ("JRS"), appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees Falconer Glass Industries, Inc. ("Falconer Glass"), Falconer Lewiston, Inc. ("Falconer Lewiston") and Guardian Industries Corp. ("Guardian") on JRS's claims for breach of contract, and JRS appeals the district court's denial of its motion to alter or amend the judgment. We affirm.
