Paul Syring appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of aggravated reckless driving pursuant to NDCC section 39-08-03. We affirm.

On October 19, 1993, Syring was returning to Minnesota in his tractor/trailer transporting a load of about 95 heifer calves that he had picked up in Seko, Montana.
