Wasim Aziz, a Missouri inmate, appeals the district court's dismissal of his complaint as a sanction for failing to comply with discovery. We affirm.

In May 1991, Aziz filed this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint against several corrections officers at the Algoa Correctional Center. The court consolidated several of Aziz's pending cases and, in June 1993, the magistrate judge issued an order granting defendants permission to depose Aziz...
