We granted certiorari to the Court of Appeals to decide whether Richardson's claims are barred under the Workers' Compensation Act (the Act) and whether Richardson fails to meet the definition of "handicapped individual" under the Georgia Equal Employment for the Handicapped Code (GEEHC).
