Jacqueline Morgan was an employee of Thomas Industrial Corporation ("TIC"), a subcontractor on a modification and expansion project at the Gaylord Container Corporation's ("GCC") paper mill in Bogalusa, Louisiana. GCC hired TIC to effect improvements to the duct system of GCC's wastepaper recovery system.
