The defendant was indicted by a grand jury on charges of trafficking in more than 100 but less than 200 grams of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and operating a motor vehicle without a license. A jury convicted him of the charges in all three indictments. The judge sentenced the defendant to a term of ten years to ten years and one day on the trafficking conviction, dismissed the indictment for possession of cocaine with intent...
