Christopher and Keely Salmon were divorced on August 30, 1985. Pursuant to the dissolution decree, Keely was awarded sole care and custody of the parties' two minor children. Christopher was granted visitation every other weekend between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
