Humberto Lagar appeals from his conviction for burglary. Lagar argues that the investigating officer did not scrupulously honor his request for counsel and that the trial court erred in refusing his request for the falsus in uno jury instruction. We conclude that Lagar's request for counsel did not preclude the investigating officer from asking questions in an attempt to fulfill Lagar's request for counsel.
