Excam, Inc., Joffee's Gun Shop, Inc., and RSR Wholesale Guns, Inc., appeal following a jury award of $125,000.00 in favor of appellees. Appellants were held responsible for the injuries sustained by Charles DiFrancesco after the Excam TA38S derringer hand pistol he was carrying in a sweater pocket accidentally discharged.
